Czech house - Nové Hrady
The Czech (or also National) house was built in 1923 by the company František Stašek from Trhový Svinů on behalf of the Svornost construction cooperative. Český dům became the center of cultural and sports life for the Czech population of Nové Hradů. Balls were held in the hall on the ground floor, plays were performed and exercises were held.
