Scalded

The town of Opařany is located about 15 km west of Tábor in the district of the same name near the border with the district of Písek at an altitude of 464 m.
The first mentions of the village date back to the 13th century. In the 17th century, the Opařan estate was bought by the Jindřichhohradecka Jesuit College.
