We are returning from our vacation in Broumovsk, we still have a few days to spare, so we want to stay in Náchodsk. There are some interesting places we want to see. We set aside one day to explore this city and its surroundings. The town is located in eastern Bohemia, 10 km south of the district town of Náchod. It was founded in 1501 on a high promontory surrounded by the river Metuje on three sides.
