Žulová, Josefské náměstí

Josefská náměstí can be found in the upper part of Žulová, not far from the train station.
In the square there is a plague column with the Virgin Mary Immaculate. The column dates from 1777 and is the only surviving Baroque monument. It originally stood on Mariánské náměstí. It was moved to its current location at the end of the 19th century. The column with the plinth and the statue were carved from local granite.
