Vikštejn

The ruins of Vikštejn Castle stand on a high rocky promontory above the romantic valley of the Moravice River near Vítkov in the Opava region in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Three gates, the walls of the lower castle, a part of the fence wall, partially accessible cellars have been preserved from the original castle with a shell wall. A ball from the Thirty Years' War is embedded in the wall of the southern park building. The ruins offer a nice view of the valley…
