The ruins of Medlice Castle are located above the defunct village of Medlice on the northwestern bank of the Kružberk reservoir. The castle was built on a hill above the village. In Podhradí there are remains of houses in the places where the village stood. The ruins of the castle are partially overgrown with trees. At the entrance to the ruins are the remains of a church. The ruins of Medlice Castle are freely accessible.
