"Velmez" - Špitálek church
It is officially called the Church of the Holy Cross, but since it was already part of the neighboring hospital, it is much better known by this name. At the end of the 14th century, it was built by the then lord of the Great Meziříč estate - Zikmund Helt from Kement (and vice-chancellor of the Kingdom of Bohemia), who was buried under the floor of this smaller church in the crypt after his death in 1564.
