Gate valve tower of the Burst Dam (Albrechtice in the Jizera Mountains)

The repaired landmark of one of the most famous places in the Jizera Mountains is more reminiscent of a castle ruin than an important technical monument. This is mainly due to the preserved slide tower, which really resembles one of the castle towers, i.e. a smaller donjon or keep. After all, the former dam on the Bílá Desná is also a ruin, so we can safely consider the remains of its dam as former strips of the castle...
