Souš Dam
The Souš (Darre) valley dam, located on the Černá Desná River, was built before the First World War as part of a system of retention reservoirs to protect the area below the Jizera Mountains from floods.
Since 1974, it has been used as a water reservoir to supply Jabloneck with drinking water. The dam is filled with earth, similar to the Bílá Desná dam. After all, both dams were built at the same time...
