Sečská dam is located in the Iron Mountains at an altitude of 490 m, on the southern edge of the town of Seč. Its purpose is primarily flood protection and electricity production, but it also serves as an important recreation center for the entire Chrudim region and adjacent areas. Above the water surface Seč dams there are the ruins of two castles, Oheb and Vildštejn. The water reservoir, the surface of which is also diversified by an island with a forest, is surrounded by forested hills and rocks. Cottages and cottages on Seč can be found below.
