Sazena is located 6 km northeast of Velvar.
The mill probably existed in Sazena much earlier than the castle. At the end of the 16th century under the Gryspeks of Gryspach, it was rebuilt in the Renaissance style, and later it was baroqueized. The Renaissance lining and the Baroque mansard roof are its most distinctive stylistic features.
