Rašov is a small foothill village with 220 inhabitants, located on the border of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands and the Moravian Karst, northeast of Tišnov and east of the town of Lomnice. The village is located in the valley of the Chrastová stream and is surrounded by vast forests of the nature park Svratecká hornatina.
