Interior of the Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary in Lomnica

The furnishings of the monumental baroque church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary in Lomnica are mostly made in neo-baroque style and date from the 40s.
The author of the main altar is the well-known Brno sculptor and carver of German origin Benedikt Edele (1797-1867). According to his design, larger-than-life stucco statues of St. Vita and John the Baptist. A scene of God the Father in the clouds is placed in the shield.
