Infidelity, the murder of a young girl, a cruel widow, the walling of a daughter, a fiery apparition, a burning carriage, a werewolf, a white lady, love for a mysterious knight, parricide and suicide. What did I really want to say? That Borotín is an interesting place.
 
North of the town of Tábor, in a slightly undulating hilly area, there is a remarkable ruin of Borotín Castle (Starý zámek). An interesting place and a romantic building, that's always good…
