Borotin
The ruins of Borotín Castle can be found in the district of Tábor, near the village of the same name. An easy JEKypty educational trail leads to the castle. The castle itself is located on a promontory above Starozámecký rybník. It was built before 1356 and disappeared in 1623, when it was already described as deserted. Since 1963, it has been protected as a cultural monument. The ruin as such is one of the more well-preserved and the area is maintained. Entrance to…
