On the square in Štramberk

The picturesque historic square of Štramberk was once surrounded by 22 half-timbered wooden houses with arcades from the 18th and 19th centuries. The majority of these houses were threatened by frequent fires. Later, the houses standing on the square were rebuilt to their present form, many with baroque gables.
