On the Strember square
There is hardly anyone who does not at least know from photographs the fairy-tale town located in the Beskydy Mountains, which is nicknamed Valašský or Lašský "Bethlehem" and where three and a half thousand inhabitants live today. It owes its picturesqueness to the development that ran high into the slopes of the surrounding hills, to the most visible remnant of the former castle – the cylindrical tower Trúba... and of course also to the surrounding lovely hilly landscape.…
