Modrá u Velehrad – church of St. Jana
The village of Modrá is located in close proximity to the pilgrimage Velehrad and has a population of less than seven hundred. Despite the fact that the village is particularly famous for the archaeological Great Moravian Open-Air Museum and that there is evidence of settlement here as early as the Early Stone Age, Modrá - or Nová Ves - was founded only in 1786.
