The lower bell tower is located near Masaryk Square, under the ruins of the Minorite Monastery in Na Karlová Street, in the town of Benešov. Access to the bell tower by road is only from the southwest of Masaryk square, Na Karlové street is impassable from the northeast (from the church of St. Nicholas).
