The castle is located in the town of Doksy in Českolipsk in the Liberec region. The three-wing castle complex is connected by a park and outbuildings. The oldest is the western Renaissance wing with a richly decorated facade. The central part with supporting pillars is early Baroque. The eastern wing with a dominant tower with an onion-shaped mine bears traces of alterations from around 1700.
