The village of Běšiny is located 11 km south of Klatov near the Drnové Potok, at an altitude of 482 m above sea level. After them, Běšiny belonged to the Lamingens from Albenreuth, and after the Kocs from Dobrš, they were owned by the Krakow family from Kolovrat from 1379 and joined it to the Týnec estate.
