Svojšín Castle
The dominant feature of the village in Svojšín is the local castle. On the site of an older feudal building, right next to the church of St. Peter and Paul was built in 1723 by Count Jan Václav Příchovský. The Příchovský castle belonged to the end of the 18th century, when the castle was sold at auction to the noble Junker-Bigatto family. Since 1945, the castle has been the property of the state, and since 1990 it has been owned by the municipality of Svojšín.
