Castle Chapel Elevation of St. Crosses in Sokolnice

The chapel was already built at Sokolnice Castle before 1685, when it collapsed due to waterlogging of the walls.
5 years later, it was restored and expanded, but it only served the nobility for holiday services, having only a single, moreover, unconsecrated altar.
The dedication of the chapel in this period is also unknown.
In 1750, under Count Leopold Dietrichstein, the chapel was expanded again, decorated in baroque style...
