Back Hutisko
The natural monument Zadní Hutisko (0,2965 ha) is located about 3 km northeast of Vernířovice on the slope of Homole (in the Mravenečník massif), above the valley of the Merty river, at an altitude of 840-860 m. It protects an abandoned unmined quarry for a unique talc rock - krupník. After the Smrčina u Sobotín locality, this is the second largest body of grouse in the Czech Republic.
