From Velké Hydčice to Prácheň Castle.

The arrival of spring in the Šumava foothills is an invitation to a trip. Our choice fell on the ruins of the Prácheň castle for two reasons. The first is the educational trail Velké Hydčice – Prácheň, which we have not yet taken to the castle. The second reason is snowdrops and liverworts, which grow in large numbers on Práchna and could already be in full bloom. So we'll see. It is only a few minutes by train from Sušice and a trip by motorbike through the valley...
