One of our goals while exploring Czech Canada was the city of Nová Bystřice. It is a very old residence, as the first written mention dates back to 1175. The city also offers a very varied selection of both secular and sacred monuments. For enthusiasts who admire all things mobile, there is a museum of veterans and the railway station is the terminus of the Jindřich Hradec narrow gauge railway.
