Hike behind the ridges of Meran through the fortress in Martinice

A beautiful winter landscape covered with a blanket of snow. The main objective of the circuit was the former fortress in Martinice near Votic. The ruins of the fortress date from the second half of the 2th century. Beneš from Martinice is already mentioned in 13. After a fire at the end of the 1318th century the fortress was rebuilt and expanded, in the possession of the family until the end of the 14th century.
