This object is the oldest preserved building of the former monastery complex in Svaté Jan pod Skálou. It has a Gothic-Renaissance core and used to be part of the monastery's economic facilities. It is located west of the Benedictine monastery and is a one-story, brick building with a rectangular floor plan. The building has no basement.
