Stradov - monuments in the center of the village

Stradov with approximately 290 inhabitants is part of the town of Chlumce in the district of Ústi nad Labem. They probably founded the village already in the Middle Ages in the 12th century at the crossroads of important country roads. In the 14th century, the village belonged to Mosteck Castle. During the Napoleonic battle in 1813, almost the entire village of Stradov burned down, miraculously only its chapel was preserved. Both main historical monuments of the village are located…
