Chlumec - Jubilee monument

The area around Chlumec survived probably all military campaigns in Bohemia in the past, from the battles during the reign of the Přemyslovs, the Hussite War, the 30th and Seven Years' War, the First and Second World Wars. But the biggest and bloodiest of all wars was the Napoleonic War in 1813. It was to commemorate this war that they built a stone monument - a memorial.
