The ruins of Starý Jičín Castle, which is one of the oldest Moravian castles, stands on Starojické Hill above the village of Starý Jičín in Novojičínsk in the Moravian-Silesian Region. In addition to the gate, part of the walls of the northern forecourt, the remains of the outer fence wall and the cannon bastion have been preserved.
