Skalák's well
In the Maternice nad Hronov forest next to the blue-marked path lies the so-called Skalák well. There is a tradition that the water from it is medicinal, at the beginning of the 19th century, local residents drank the water as a cure for cholera. In any case, there is nothing wrong with the taste. South of there are interesting sandstone rocks in the shape of a loaf (so-called Zbečnické chlebé), to which the following legend is attached:
