The crossroads Šerlův dvůr is located in the north direction from the Šumava village of Prášily and in the southwest direction from the village of Dobrá Voda. It lies by the road between these two villages, in the places of a defunct yard, at an altitude of 820 meters above sea level. The Křemelná river meanders from three sides near the crossroads, and the Prášilský stream flows into the Křemelná about 400 meters southwest.
