The Loučka River is located in the South Moravian Region west of the town of Tišnov. It is formed by the confluence of the Bobrůvka and Libochovka rivers in the village of Dolní Loučky. The inflowing Bobrůvka is 54,5 km long and the Libochovka is 35,9 km long. Behind the village of Dolní Loučky in its local part of Mezihoří, it then flows through a deep romantic valley below Pasník Hill.
