Loupnice Dam
The almost unknown dam stretches between Litvínov and Horní Jiřetín. It was built at the end of the 17s as flood protection for lignite mines. The dam is 810 m high, 4 m long, 5-78 m wide at the crown and up to 1 m at the bottom, the volume of the reservoir is 180 m000. At the end of the dam is a concrete spillway.
