Polná is located on the border of Bohemia and Moravia between the towns of Žďár nad Sázavou, Havlíčkův Brod, Jihlava and Třebíč. It is a pleasant small town with numerous small industries, nice surroundings, the famous "carrot pilgrimage", which is one of the largest in Vysočina. Sights worth seeing include:
