The most interesting thing about this brewery is the time of its creation. That was already in 1457. At that time, the owners of the estate were the Košín family from Košín. Beer was already an interesting commodity back then, and the owners of the manor forced their subjects to drink it. This collection obligation was abolished only by Emperor Josef II.
