Basic information: The Pilská water reservoir is located near Bohutín and Láz in a valley bordered by Brdci, Ohrádka, Bohutínský vrch and the elongated Zavírka ridge. It was built in 1853 and its original purpose was to supply water to mining operations in the Březové Hory. Today, the mine site supplies Příbram and many surrounding villages with drinking water.
