Monument to the Christmas tree of the Republic

Around 1924, we always put up Christmas trees in the run-up to Christmas and for the purpose of collections for abandoned children. The first Christmas tree of the republic was erected at the instigation of the writer Rudolf Tésnohlídek in Brno on Náměstí Svobody. That's why it will be 93 years this year.
