Olešnice - old town theater

Theater has a long tradition in Olešnice. In 1859, the first theater association was founded here, which was founded by priest Pleskač, an enthusiastic patriot and theater promoter. He himself wrote theater plays in Czech and also collected fairy tales, legends and songs from the surrounding area. In 1861, his play "Hump and Heart" was performed.
