Nymburk-Old Fishing House
The old fishing house on the banks of the river Elbe near the south-eastern walls of Nymburk dates back to the beginning of the 14th century, when the daughter of King Wenceslas II, Princess Eliška Přemyslovna, arrived under the protection of the townspeople of Nymburk on May 28, 1310, accompanied by the chief waiter Jan of Vartemberk. The current form of the building is from the beginning of the 20th century.
