Nový Hrádek - church of St. Peter and Paul

The first mentions of Nové Hrádek relate to the appointment of a new parish priest in Olešnice and prove the existence of the Castle as early as 1354. Six years later, a parish priest was appointed here as well and a parsonage was built. It alternated with booms and busts. The Hussite era brought the demise of the rectory and the church fell to the deanery in Dobruška. In the years 1721 - 1723, the rectory was restored and the previously wooden church was rebuilt in the Baroque style.
