Restaurant Na Klepandě, formerly a traveling inn, which was built by Václav Klepal at the crossroads between Kumburk and Bradlec. The restaurant is only open on Fridays and Sundays. I.e. Fri 14:30-23:00, Sat 11:30-23:00, Sun 11:30-21:00. If someone finds out that the opening hours are different, nothing prevents them from adding this information to the discussion.
