Air Battle Museum - September 11, 1944

On September 11, 1944, this day went down in the history of the Czech Republic as - Black Monday above Krušnohořím. Around 80 young airmen died in the aerial battle here within thirty minutes. And all for the senseless dream of one man who wanted to dominate the world and thus start the 2nd World War.
