At the end of the 18th century, the building of the former brickyard was converted into an inn hall with a garden gazebo, and it is one of the oldest pubs in Karlovy Vary. In 1820, the German poet JW Goethe attended a bourgeois wedding here. In the fall of 1996, a faithful replica of the original cruise restaurant was reopened.
