Liptic view point
One kilometer southwest of the castle in Duchov, on a gentle hill of reclaimed waste from the Pokrok mine, an unconventional viewpoint was recently built. It is on the edge of the Bílina surface mine, in the place where the village of Liptice stood until 1976. It had to give way to coal mining.
