Lipník nad Bečvou - chapel of St. Joseph

Chapel of St. Josefa in the city of Lipník nad Bečvou was built in 1695 near the Hranická brány as part of the city hospital. The building was created with the support of the local dean Jiří Balšánek, who was also instrumental in building the almshouse of St. Elizabeth and other buildings in the city. There was a rumor among the people that he found a treasure under a pile of stones in the vicarage, which he then spent on the construction of these monuments.
