Church of St. Václav and Blažej can be found near the lower part of Náměstí TG Masaryk in the Old Town district of Děčín. The church, as evidenced by archaeological excavations, stands on the site of the original Gothic church from perhaps 1368, it was newly built in 1498 and dedicated to St. Wenceslas, later the patronage of St. Blaze.
