Cologne - Masaryk Bridge

Reviews

Based 0 assessment.
In 1927, a new reinforced concrete bridge from the workshop of architect František Roith spanned the Elbe. Its special feature is the hydroelectric power plant built into the middle of the bridge body. The bridge was hit by aerial bombs during World War II, traces of which can still be found on the bridge today. The bridge underwent a total reconstruction in the 2s.
