From Hejnice with an interesting tour of the Franciscan Monastery of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary on the red road over Hofmann's cross to the peak of Orešník with a beautiful view of the Jizera mountain beech. To the waterfall in Štolpich, then along the Sloupské stream back to Hejnice. An undemanding route for half a day, without refreshments in a pub, but instead the beautiful nature of the slightly rougher Jizera Mountains.
